She's a cuckoo, and a very real cuckoo. Story-tellers write about how it lays its egg in somebody else's nest. In India, usually the Jungle crow's or House crow's nest. Has a shrill Kik Kik Kik call, can be hoarser like a crow, and cannot sing like its male counterpart.
